Privacy Policy
This policy explains what DYNODE LLC ("Dynode," "we," "us") collects on worlds.dynode.ai (the "Site"), why, and what your choices are. It applies to visitors and customers of the Site.
1. What we collect

2. What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not store card or payment credentials.
- We do not use your brief or brand materials for anything other than delivering your order (and portfolio display of the finished work as described in our Terms).
3. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), which sets cookies to measure visits and events (for example, when a checkout is started or completed). This data is aggregated and does not identify you to us by name. You can block analytics cookies via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The Site also uses a small session-storage entry to complete purchase tracking; it holds your chosen package for the duration of checkout only.
4. Service providers
We share data only with the processors needed to run the Site and deliver the Services: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and form processing), Resend (email delivery of your order to us), and Google Analytics (usage measurement). Each processes data under its own terms and safeguards. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries.
5. Retention
Order emails and briefs are kept for as long as needed to deliver the Services, honor remark rounds, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics settings (14 months by default).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email hello@dynode.ai — we respond to verified requests within 30 days. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Children
The Site is a business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS; form data is transmitted encrypted; payment is handled by Stripe's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we limit what we collect to what the Services genuinely need.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the Site evolves; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
